Vivienne Jolie-Pitt, the youngest daughter of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, has captivated fans not just with her creative talents but also with her striking resemblance to her famous father.
Born into one of Hollywood’s most famous families, Vivienne Jolie-Pitt’s journey from the cover of PEOPLE as a newborn to her recent involvement in theater productions reflects a unique blend of star power and humility.

“The babies are doing well. The operation went just perfectly. Angelina is in very good spirits. Brad Pitt was at her side. He was there and all was well,” he said. According to reports, Vivienne weighed in at five pounds, while her brother weighed slightly more.

Angelina opened up about adjusting to life with six children, saying, “It is chaos, but we are managing it and having a wonderful time.” Brad, ever the jokester, added that their home was “still a cuckoo’s nest.”
Fortunately, their older children helped ease the adjustment. “Shiloh and Z pick out [the twins’] clothes and help change and hold them,” Angelina revealed. “It’s sweet — they are little mommies.”

Fast forward to 2023, Vivienne, now a teenager, stepped into the spotlight in a different way. Angelina announced that she would be bringing the musical adaptation of “The Outsiders” to Broadway as the lead producer, a project inspired by her daughter.

Vivienne played a key role behind the scenes, working closely with her mom as a volunteer assistant. “She saw an early workshop a few times and then invited me to it,” Angelina shared.

Her daughter’s involvement in the production reflected a deep passion for the arts. Angelina explained that Vivienne “reminds me of my mother in that she isn’t focused on being the center of attention but in being a support to other creatives.”

The young Jolie-Pitt was described as “very thoughtful and serious about theater and working hard to best understand how to contribute.” Angelina further reflected on Vivienne’s commitment, explaining that her daughter’s interest in theater had grown considerably.

“Viv is a young artist who focuses her efforts on her support of others. She has been there to assist in any way she can and has learned so much from [score and co-book writer] Justin Levine and the whole creative team,” the actress shared.

In discussing her daughter’s passion for theater, Angelina revealed how the art form had long been part of their family’s story as her mother loved theater and studied with Lee Strasberg. “She chose to raise me and my brother and not focus on a career, but it was her love,” she said.
The actress carried that tradition forward by exposing her children to theater from a young age. “I started to bring my children as often as I could, like she did for me,” she added.

The connection between generations, from Angelina’s mother to Vivienne, underscores how the family’s artistic values have remained strong over the years.
While Vivienne has been praised for her behind-the-scenes dedication to the arts, she has also drawn public attention for her looks. Fans have pointed out that she bears a striking resemblance to her father.

“Daughter looks like Brad!” one social media user commented. Another typed, “Wow looks like Brad.” More social media users expressed the same sentiment, with one person writing, “Daughter looks so much like her Dad.” Another person added, “She looks like Brad,” and a fifth wrote, “She is the spitting image of her father.”

Vivienne isn’t the only Jolie-Pitt child who has captured the public’s attention. With six children in the family, each sibling brings their own unique personality, interests, and story to the mix.
From the older siblings making independent career moves to the youngest ones stepping into creative spaces, the Jolie-Pitt household is filled with diverse talents and compelling journeys.

Back in 2002, Angelina became a mom for the first time when she adopted Maddox Chivan from an orphanage in Cambodia. Three years later, she adopted another child, Zahara Marley, who was born in Ethiopia.
It wasn’t long before Brad, who had grown close to the children, officially adopted both Maddox and Zahara. The couple’s shared desire to raise a large family then led them to expand even further.

In 2006, Angelina gave birth to their first biological child, Shiloh Nouvel Jolie-Pitt. The following year, they adopted Pax Thien Jolie-Pitt from Vietnam, and in 2008, their household grew even more when they welcomed Knox and Vivienne.

Reflecting on the moment her journey into motherhood began, Angelina said, “I was 26 when I became a mother. My entire life changed. Having children saved me — and taught me to be in this world differently.”

The Jolie-Pitt children, raised in a multicultural and creative household, have all pursued unique interests, particularly in the arts. Maddox was just 16 when he earned an executive producer credit for his involvement in “First They Killed My Father,” a Netflix drama directed by Angelina.

However, he wasn’t just a bystander on set; he took part in meetings, helped prepare for shoots, and reviewed daily footage. “I was trying to help wherever I could,” he shared about his role.
Angelina credited her son with pushing her to make the film, which was based on the memoir of her friend Loung Ung, a survivor of the Khmer Rouge genocide in Cambodia. The film was deeply personal to Maddox, who was born in Cambodia.

“He goes back and forth [to Cambodia] a lot, but this would be over four months of just being in the country, really reading, listening, learning, and absorbing all things about his culture and country [including] the very, very dark parts,” Angelina said.
Vivienne’s twin brother has also dabbled in acting, having lent his voice on “Kung Fu Panda 3” in 2016. Her other brother Pax developed an interest in filmmaking as well.

He worked with their famous mom on two of her directorial projects, serving as part of the assistant director department on “Without Blood,” a film shot in Italy in 2022.
Pax, who was involved in a bicycle accident in 2024, had also previously contributed as a photographer for “First They Killed My Father,” where he captured stills and behind-the-scenes footage.

Speaking about collaborating with her sons, Angelina said, “We work well together. When a film crew is at its best, it feels like a big family, so it felt natural.” She further admired Pax’s commitment to the craft, noting that he “worked hard” on both productions.

Zahara, who also has an acting credit to her name, took a different path, combining her love of fashion with philanthropy. In 2019, she launched the Zahara Collection, a jewelry line created in collaboration with jeweler Robert Procop.
She proudly debuted pieces from her collection on the red carpet at the premiere of “Maleficent: Mistress of Evil.” She wore three striking emerald-cut pieces — earrings, a bracelet, and a ring — from her collection.

But Zahara’s jewelry line was more than just a creative project — it served a charitable purpose. Proceeds from the Zahara Collection were donated to the House of Ruth Shelters, a Los Angeles-based organization providing transitional housing for women and children escaping domestic violence.

Shiloh, on the other hand, has become known for her incredible dance skills. In 2022, a video of her performing at the Millennium Dance Complex in Los Angeles went viral.
The video featured Shiloh fronting a trio of dancers as they performed to Doja Cat’s “Vegas.” Dressed in a black Beatles T-shirt, matching pants, and red sneakers, Shiloh’s high-energy performance earned her praise.
She has always been known for her individuality. From a young age, she expressed herself through fashion, often wearing ties, jackets, and other traditionally masculine clothing. Her unique style choices drew attention from the media, but Angelina always stood by her daughter.
“I think she [Shiloh] is fascinating, the choices she is making. And I would never be the kind of parent to force somebody to be something they are not. I think that is just bad parenting,” Angelina said in defense of her daughter’s right to self-expression.

The Jolie-Pitt children have grown up with a deep appreciation for creativity and culture, encouraged by their parents to explore their interests. However, life hasn’t always been smooth for the Jolie-Pitt family.
Despite their shared love for creativity and philanthropy, Brad and Angelina’s relationship took a turn, leading to a high-profile divorce that impacted their children and shaped the family’s dynamic in new ways.
The Jolie-Pitt Divorce
In 2016, Angelina Jolie made the difficult decision to file for divorce from Brad after two years of marriage and over a decade together. According to reports, the actress cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split, requesting physical custody of their six children while allowing Brad visitation rights.

The separation date was recorded as mid-September 2016, just a few weeks before the public announcement. At the time, Angelina’s legal team stated, “This decision was made for the health of the family.”

Brad also expressed his heartbreak over the situation. However, his main concern was for the children’s emotional well-being and he asked for understanding from the public while the family navigated their new reality.
A source close to the couple revealed that the split came as a surprise, revealing, “They have definitely spent more time apart this year, but it’s still a shock.”

Since the divorce, custody arrangements have remained a topic of public interest. By 2024, reports suggested that Brad Pitt’s contact with some of his children had become more limited.
The famous actor allegedly had “virtually no contact” with his adult kids, while his relationship with the younger ones continued through scheduled visitation.

The Jolie-Pitt family has experienced both public triumphs and personal challenges. However, through it all, Vivienne and her siblings have remained at the center of their parents’ focus, forging their own paths while carrying the legacy of their iconic family forward.
